Role Overview

A dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant is sought to join a variety of schools in the East Grinstead and Crawley area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teachers in the classroom, working with students, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting Teachers: Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that educational goals are met and students receive quality instruction.
  • Student Support: Provide support to students with special educational needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Maintaining a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring that students have access to necessary resources and tools.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with teachers and other staff to achieve learning objectives, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school events.
  • Student Engagement: Encourage student participation and engagement, supporting the development of students' skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
