About the RoleAs an Education Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:- LEARNING SUPPORT: Assist teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to meet the diverse needs of students.
- STUDENT ENGAGEMENT: Develop and implement strategies to engage students in learning, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
- COLLABORATION: Work closely with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an educational setting.
- QUALIFICATIONS: A recognized teaching qualification or equivalent.
- SKILLS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
