We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team at Ivolve Group. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in enabling adults with diverse needs to flourish in their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, managing medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, as well as maintaining a safe and tidy environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support adults with varying needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health
- Empower individuals to reach their goals and live independent lives
- Provide personalized support tailored to each person's requirements
- Assist with daily activities, such as cooking, art, and outings
- Manage medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene, while maintaining a safe environment
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Good general education
- Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion for making a positive impact
- Commitment to the aims and objectives of Ivolve Group
- Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
- A commitment to undertaking training and development
