Healthcare Professional Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Occupational Health Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our in-house Occupational Health service, delivering health surveillance programmes, and providing expert advice on health and wellbeing matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, with experience in managing teams and developing policies and procedures. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with HR to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health surveillance programmes.
- Provide expert advice on health and wellbeing matters.
- Manage OH Technicians and supervise their work.
- Work closely with HR to ensure OH meets business objectives.
Requirements:
- Registration with NMC Part 3 required.
- SCPKN(OH) qualification essential.
- HAVS Tier 3 qualification required.
- Full UK driving licence necessary.
