Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
- Provide medicine safely and effectively, using your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
- Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity for residents with various physical and mental needs
In this role, you will have the autonomy to work independently, making decisions that align with our values and principles. You will be valued and respected for your expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good understanding of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential. Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
