Role Overview

Elysium Healthcare is a leading provider of mental health services, seeking an experienced Clinical Service Manager to join our team at Emerald Place Clinic. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and driving service improvement across our clinical services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Service Manager to lead our multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of professional staff to deliver high-quality clinical services, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across the multidisciplinary team.Servicedelivery: Manage the delivery of the clinical services business plan, ensuring the effective and efficient management and control of staffing, budgets, materials, and equipment.Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with referrers and prospective purchasers, promoting our services and building partnerships that drive growth and success.Quality and Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and current legislation, meeting quality standards and delivering against key performance indicators.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Service Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical services and driving service improvement. You will have a relevant professional qualification and recognised post-registration qualification, as well as full membership/accreditation with a relevant professional institution.
