Associate Dean, South East Region Kent, Surrey & Sussex
As part of a reconfiguration of the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Dean provision, a new Associate Dean role has been created.
You will join the team of the Postgraduate Dean for Kent Surrey and Sussex, to support their mission. The role is dynamic and flexible, with each member of the team having direct responsibility for engagement and support, governance and quality for a geographical area and the learners, educators and providers within this.
The associate deans provide direct support for the directors of medical education and other senior educational leaders in these organisations as well as the heads of school and their teams. You can find further details about the job, organisational structure, recruitment profile, expected outcomes and benefits information in the attached Job Description and other supporting documents.
We are committed to recruiting the best person for the job, based solely on their ability and individual merit as measured against the criteria for the role; through a process that is fair, open, consistent and free from discrimination. We support the values and pledges of the NHS Constitution.
We have policies and procedures in place to ensure that all applicants and employees are treated fairly and consistently.
