We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Dean to join our team in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Postgraduate Dean and will be responsible for a wide portfolio of activities related to medical education in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Postgraduate Dean in their mission to deliver high-quality services for all.
  • Provide direct support for the directors of medical education and other senior educational leaders in the region.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the health of the population and reduce health inequalities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure our healthcare workforce has the right knowledge, skills, values and behaviours to deliver accessible, compassionate care.
  • Optimise the use of digital technology, research, and innovation to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Primary clinical healthcare qualification.
  • Membership/Fellowship of a College, Faculty, professional association and/or regulatory body.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and an ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly establish personal and professional credibility with colleagues and other key stakeholders.
