Associate Dean, KSS Leadership Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join the team of the Postgraduate Dean for Kent, Surrey, and Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting medical education in the region, working closely with the Postgraduate Dean and other senior educational leaders.
Main Responsibilities
The Associate Dean will have a wide-ranging portfolio, including governance, quality, and engagement with learners, educators, and providers. They will provide direct support for the directors of medical education and other senior educational leaders, as well as the heads of school and their teams.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a primary clinical healthcare qualification and membership/fellowship of a College, Faculty, professional association, and/or regulatory body. They will also have demonstrable leadership skills, an ability to influence and motivate others, and excellent interpersonal, communication, written, and presentation skills.
