Key Responsibilities- Support the Postgraduate Dean in their mission to deliver high-quality medical education in the region.
- Provide direct support to directors of medical education and other senior educational leaders in the region.
- Work with the heads of school and their teams to develop and implement educational programs.
- Contribute to the development of innovative educational initiatives, focusing on current NHS priorities such as health inequalities, clinical pathways, and enhancing doctors' working lives.

Person Specification- Primary clinical healthcare qualification.
- Membership/Fellowship of a College, Faculty, professional association, and/or regulatory body.

- Politically astute with an ability to sensitively manage complexity and uncertainty.
- Ability to problem solve and maintain objectivity.
