We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Dean to join our team at NHS England. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Postgraduate Dean in Kent, Surrey and Sussex, and will play a key role in shaping the future of medical education in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Postgraduate Dean in the delivery of medical education in Kent, Surrey and Sussex
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the quality of medical education
- Work closely with directors of medical education and other senior educational leaders to ensure the success of medical education initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams of educators and learners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical education and healthcare policy
- Primary clinical healthcare qualification
- Membership/Fellowship of a College, Faculty, professional association and/or regulatory body
- Demonstrable leadership skills and an ability to influence and motivate others
- Strong interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly establish personal and professional credibility with colleagues and other key stakeholders
