About the Role
Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our care home team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet residents' unique needs
- Providing safe and effective nursing care, including administering medications and managing complex medical conditions
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience of conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing prevention strategies
Salary and Benefits
