Activities Coordinator

At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to create stimulating environments for exceptional care and support for residents by devising imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability.
You will be responsible for getting to know residents and their families before creating tailored activity programmes for wellbeing, independence and social engagement. Your role will involve helping deliver exceptional all-round care and support, designing activities suitable for all interests and abilities, and creating programmes that promote resident participation.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement engaging activities that cater to diverse needs and preferences.

- Design activities suitable for all interests and abilities

You will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
