Business Operations Coordinator

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Shared Service Centre, ensuring an effective two-way flow of communication and information between senior management and the SSC teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining resource records for the Shared Service Centre
- Providing weekly updates to SSC Senior Management Team regarding all aspects of recruitment and resourcing
- Coordinating the flow of information from senior management into the teams, and the flow from the SSC to other CAA and external stakeholders
In addition to these core accountabilities, the role involves providing meeting support, including developing agendas, collating and circulating papers, preparing and circulating action/log decisions, and organising logistics such as catering and venue booking.
The ideal candidate will have effective planning, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They should also be proficient in using MS Office products and have good verbal and written communication skills.
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits, including flexible working arrangements, free onsite gym at Gatwick, discounted gym membership for London, 28 days annual leave, and a generous pension scheme.
