Cabin Services Coordinator Position at Ascend Airways

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Cabin Services team as a Cabin Services Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of the Cabin Services Department.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an aviation-related role, with a strong background in administration or air crew management. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations effectively. Additionally, you will be proficient in using airline management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Administrative responsibilities: Ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements for flight documents and reports, coordinating distribution where necessary.
  • Documentation tracking: Organizing and maintaining documentation and records for cabin crew assessments and performance files.
  • Client liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact for cabin services feedback, attending client meetings, and utilizing client information to prevent issues onboard.
  • Uniform coordination: Managing uniform ordering, invoicing, client liaison, maintenance of cabin crew sizing records, and resolving uniform issues or complaints.
