Retail Operations Coordinator

Serco, a leading provider of public services, has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Coordinator at the Gatwick Immigration Removal Centre.
About the Role:
This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of £25000 per annum, plus an excellent corporate benefits package. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and efficient shop service to residents, dependent children, and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage stock control systems to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times
- Operate/participate in the ordering process
- Use computer-based software to service resident's shop requirements
- Maintain accurate sales and purchase records
- Liaise with other departments as required
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Experience working in a high-pressured operation
