About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This includes developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and ensuring excellent standards of care are maintained across all aspects of your work.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive care plans that cater to the individual needs of our residents
- Providing safe and effective administration of medication
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall quality of care within the home
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess current NMC registration, have a strong understanding of clinical practices, and be able to produce well-developed care plans and risk assessments. As a compassionate and dedicated individual, you will pride yourself on your person-centered approach to nursing.
