Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Horley. This role involves providing leadership and guidance to a team of support staff, ensuring that young people receive the highest standard of care and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, with experience in managing budgets and financial information. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within social care, such as management or leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of sector-relevant legislation and regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with policy changes and developments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial information.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid enhanced DBS check, flexible working arrangements, and up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).
