Reed Learning is a leading provider of workplace learning solutions, and we are seeking a skilled CIPD Level 3 Tutor to join our remote team.

Job Overview

We are a market-leading centre for all levels of CIPD professional qualifications, and we are expanding our CIPD delivery team to meet the growing demand for our services. As a CIPD Level 3 Tutor, you will be responsible for providing support to learners studying for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.

Key Responsibilities

As a CIPD Level 3 Tutor, you will deliver online sessions, support on-demand learners, contribute to the development of course materials, and assess candidate work. You will provide regular, constructive feedback to aid the progression of our learners. We are looking for someone who is confident in our blended learning approach and comfortable using online technology to support this.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a practical HR or L&D role
  • CIPD Chartered Member or above is desirable
  • Relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Recent experience in the delivery and assessment of CIPD Human Resource Management and/or Learning and Development qualifications up to level 5
  • Proven track record of online delivery of CIPD qualifications
  • Ability to create and develop contemporary course materials
  • Interest in providing individual support to students and ability to provide high-quality constructive feedback
  • Good communication and organisation skills
