**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as the Regional Vice President of Sales for the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring that targets are met and surpassed.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth in the UK and Ireland
  • Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a sales leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects

**Compensation Package:**

  • A salary of £140,000 per annum
