Ryder Reid Legal Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Project Coordinator to join their team in London. As an HR Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Correspondence: Prepare and send HR-related correspondence, including probation completion letters, reference requests, and salary review communications, using DocuSign.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Collaborate with the Payroll team to manage payroll and benefits changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Visa Applications: Assist with visa applications and renewals, working closely with the Immigration Advisor to ensure seamless processing.
  • Leaver Process: Coordinate the leaver process, including holiday confirmation and documentation, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • HR Pages: Maintain HR pages on the intranet and assist with appraisal processes, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Annual Reviews: Support annual salary and bonus review processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Holiday and Absence: Manage holiday queries, year-end holiday processes, and sickness absence records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle e-filing, staff gifts, and new baby hampers, providing administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Ideal candidate will have previous HR Admin/Coordinator experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
