Job Summary:

We are looking for a Client Financial Coordinator Lead to join our team at Encore Estate Management. This role involves supervising a team of client accountants and managing the finances of a portfolio of estates.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of client accountants and manage their workload effectively.
  • Ensure accurate integration of opening balances with Qube software.
  • Liaise with external accountants and clients on a regular basis.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies in service charge accounts.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts management.
  • Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience.
  • Desirable experience in service charge client accounting.
  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
