Job Summary: PEM is looking for an experienced Financial Data Processor to work closely with our compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing client tax return data, generating tax returns, and communicating tax-related information to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tax Return Preparation: Process client tax return data with precision and efficiency.
  • Data Entry Assistance: Support the Private Client team with data entry and tax return processing duties.
  • Client Interaction: Facilitate communication between clients and the audit team to gather necessary information.
  • Tax Return Review: Conduct a thorough review of generated tax returns before forwarding them to managers/tax advisors.
  • Tax Returns Distribution: Deliver completed tax returns to clients along with detailed explanations of any liabilities or tax savings opportunities.
  • Tax Payment Coordination: Coordinate tax payments with clients to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Data Accuracy: Possess strong analytical skills to maintain data accuracy throughout the tax return process.
  • Communication: Develop effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

Compensation Package: This position offers an annual salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience and location.
