Customer-Focused Claims Administration Role

Solus Accident Repair Centres is looking for a skilled Claims Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer claims, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge of claims procedures, and the ability to make informed decisions. You will also be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and third-party providers to resolve claims and provide support.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing a portfolio of customer claims, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service.
  • Investigating incidents, determining liability, and processing claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and third-party providers to resolve claims and provide support.
