At Solus Accident Repair Centres, we are seeking a highly skilled Claims Case Manager to join our team in a hybrid working opportunity.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to utilize their claims knowledge and decision-making skills to enhance the customer experience. As a Claims Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer claims, providing exemplary service and problem-solving solutions, collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues, and developing and implementing effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
About YouWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of customer claims to ensure timely resolution and high-quality service
- Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and develop effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency
You will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, resolving complex claims issues, and improving processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What We OfferAs a Claims Case Manager at Solus Accident Repair Centres, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, competitive salary, and benefits package including £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience, plus company benefits.
