In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of total loss claims, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving solutions. ">Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of total loss claims through to settlement, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the claims process.
- Promote customer satisfaction through attentive and compassionate service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience throughout the claims process.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional customer service and outcomes.
