Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Delay Analysts to offer support on disputed and time-related issues
  • Provide expert counsel to clients on matters related to delay and loss
  • Support clients in avoiding conflicts through commercially focused coaching and training
  • Report writing and representation of clients in tribunals
Desired Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Familiarity with standard forms of contract, including NEC and JCT
