Claims Resolution Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Action cases in line with company/client service standards and protocols.
- Use Proclaim case management system to handle caseload, ensuring compliance with client's requirements.
- Manage liability disputes, repair and credit hire claims, MOJ and non-MOJ personal injury claims, OIC portal claims, indemnity disputes, and allegations of fundamental dishonesty.
- Analyse risk and develop sound judgement to justify decisions.
- Prioritise work to ensure client service level agreements and deadlines are met.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Requirements:
- Defendant / Claimant RTA experience - 1 year+
- Repair and credit hire claims
- Third party intervention experience desirable
- Motor personal injury cases including MOJ/OIC Portal cases preferable but not essential
- Litigation experience preferable but not essential
