The role of Total Loss Claims Advisor at Solus Accident Repair Centres involves managing a portfolio of Aviva policyholders' total loss claims, including validating and settling files, reporting concerns and errors, and collaborating with customers to provide tailored solutions during the vehicle valuation process. To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, proficiency in negotiation, questioning, and decision-making, and strong planning and analytical capabilities. You will also require effective communication and confidence in managing challenging situations, as well as active listening and adaptability. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in claims management, motor claims experience, and numeracy and literacy skills. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, plus benefits such as group income protection, employer-matched pension contributions, comprehensive training, and discounts on Aviva products and services.
