We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in a Residential home within a SEN school in Cranleigh.

This is a Temporary to Permanent role, requiring the ability to support young people with severe emotional and social difficulties.

About You:
  • A strong candidate will possess empathy, compassion, and resilience when working with children and young people with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism.
  • You must have a driving license and own vehicle due to the semi-rural location.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in Support Work or SEN (Desirable)
  • Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
  • Enhanced Child and Adult DBS
  • Be able to travel to Cranleigh in your own vehicle (Essential)
  • Happy doing personal care
Working Hours:
  • Monday - Sunday
  • Days / Lates / Long Days

Pay Information:
