Salary: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This Care Leadership Specialist position involves developing and implementing strategies to improve care quality and service delivery. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies, focusing on creating a safe, positive, and happy environment for residents.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and service delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, care professionals, and external partners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement training programs for staff
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Care Leadership & Management
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in adult social care
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners
