Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This Adult Social Care Director position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead our residential home's management team in providing high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs. You'll oversee the daily operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and service delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, care professionals, and external partners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement training programs for staff

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Care Leadership & Management
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in adult social care
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners
