Care Leadership Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Site Manager to join our team at Choice Care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in one of our residential care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily running of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive culture among staff members.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Adult Social Care, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and external partners.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and company policies.
