Job Summary
Care Team Leads are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential home, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care in accordance with CQC standards and company policies. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of adult social care principles.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the residential home, including staff supervision and coordination of activities
* Ensure that residents' needs are met through effective planning and implementation of care plans
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies

Requirements
* A professional approach with ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
* Extensive knowledge of adult social care principles, including supervisory experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build lasting relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners
