As a Home Care Companion with Bright Care, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key responsibilities include supporting clients with practical tasks, such as housework, meal preparation, and daily personal care.

A driving licence and car are required for this position, allowing you to visit clients in their homes and provide the support they need.

We offer full training through our Bright Care Academy, including first-class paid training and ongoing development opportunities.

You can expect a regular schedule of visits, typically 2 hours per client, and a competitive salary of £22,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
