  • As a Companion Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide companionship and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and enjoy a fulfilling quality of life.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Patience and understanding when dealing with challenging situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • To pass the DBS/PVG check
