Care Worker for Children's Home

We are seeking dedicated support workers to join our team at St Joseph's Specialist Trust. As a care worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with complex learning disabilities and behavioral issues.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and activities both on and off site. You will also support young people outside of school hours and in the classroom.
The salary for this position is £22,697 - £23,508 per annum, based on a 37-hour week in a 4-week shift pattern. This includes alternate weekends and sleep-in duties as required.
This position offers excellent opportunities for career progression, with the potential to progress to Senior Care Worker level after two years and completion of QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
