We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic support worker to join our team at St Joseph's Specialist Trust. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with complex learning disabilities and behavioral issues.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and activities both on and off site. You will also support young people outside of school hours and in the classroom.

The salary for this position is £22,697 - £23,508 per annum, based on a 37-hour week in a 4-week shift pattern. This includes alternate weekends and sleep-in duties as required.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with vulnerable young people and develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, behavioral management, and crisis intervention.
