Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to join our team in a leadership role. This position comes with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- To oversee the daily management and operation of one of our residential homes, ensuring a safe, positive, and happy environment for residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that cater to individual needs, promoting independence and personal growth.
- Mentor and support staff members in their roles, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with:
