Full-Time Care Specialist Opportunity

Randstad is seeking a skilled Care Specialist to join our team in providing support services for young people and adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN) requirements.

This full-time position involves working 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in care, education or support work, as well as SEN experience.

The successful applicant will provide life skills, work experience and education support to individuals aged 18+ with SEN needs, including Autism, ASD, Medical needs, physical disabilities, ADHD etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Develop skills and education to enhance the quality of life for learners with SEN needs
Requirements:
  • Relevant care/education or support worker experience
  • SEN experience
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
