Residential Care Worker

We require an experienced Residential Care Worker to provide high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs in a Residential home within a SEN school in Cranleigh.
This is a Temporary to Permanent role that requires a strong commitment to providing person-centered care and support.
About You:- A successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism.
- You must be willing to travel to Cranleigh in your own vehicle due to the semi-rural location.
- Experience in Support Work or SEN (Desirable)
- Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS
- Ability to work flexibly and cover shifts (Days/Lates/Long Days)
- Happy doing personal care

The hourly rate for this position starts at £12.00 (PAYE) and £15.22 (Umbrella).
Location:Cranleigh, a semi-rural location that requires own transport.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £24,960-£31,040, depending on the number of hours worked per week.
