Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Deputy Site Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management and daily running of one of our residential homes. Your primary focus will be on creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where our residents feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff members to ensure high-quality care delivery and adherence to CQC standards
- Develop and implement effective operational plans to improve resident outcomes and staff engagement
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve communication
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their professional development
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in senior management or supervisory roles within adult social care
- Proven track record of improving resident outcomes and staff engagement
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
Salary and Benefits
