This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult social care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

As the Residential Home Manager Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures
  • Fostering a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff well-being and development
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans that cater to individual resident needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with local authorities, care professionals, and accommodation providers to support residents in achieving independent living

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in adult social care, preferably in a supervisory or management position
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and external partners
  • A patient, reliable, and flexible approach to managing the home's operations
