About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Care Manager to join our team of professionals at Choice Care Group.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in adult social care, supervisory skills, and the ability to lead a team and manage daily operations in accordance with CQC standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required by CQC and other regulatory bodies
  • To develop and implement individual care plans that meet the needs of service users
  • To promote a positive and safe working environment
  • To identify and address any issues or concerns raised by service users, their families, or staff
