Job Description:

The Activity Programme Coordinator role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health disorders by developing, planning, and implementing an activity programme tailored to their care plan and preferences.

This includes social activities, outings, and holidays promoting the welfare and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing activity programmes
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident activities
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in care services management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
