Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at Choice Care. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting staff to and from service locations, as well as transporting service users to and from activities, supermarkets, and other destinations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, reliability, and flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and tasks. A Full UK driving license is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Transportation: Safely transport staff and service users to and from designated locations.
- Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as needed.
- Age Considerations: Pay rate may be slightly lower for successful applicants under the age of 21, starting at £10.52 per hour.
- Reliability and Flexibility: Possess excellent time management skills, reliability, and flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and tasks.
- Communication: Develop strong communication skills to interact with colleagues, service users, and families in a professional manner.
