Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Activity Programme Coordinator to join our team at Choice Care. As an Activity Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing activity programmes tailored to the needs of adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health disorders.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires creativity, patience, reliability, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in care services management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
