The specialist day centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join their team and provide vital support with life skills, work experience and education activities.

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm all year round.

Key Responsibilities

">

You will be responsible for supporting with life skills, homework/study/educational activities, promoting independence amongst the people we support, supporting people with personal care needs, dealing with complex needs, and liaising with other agencies and families when necessary.

Requirements

">

We are looking for an excellent communicator who can liaise with other agencies, a kind, nurturing and committed individual who is keen to support SEN learners. Experience working within the care sector is desirable, and you must be eligible to work in the UK.

Estimated Salary

">

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
