About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Retirement Community Coordinator to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and management of activities that provide a hassle-free retirement living lifestyle to homeowners in our stunning new development.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or health and social care sectors to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will work independently and be administratively proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Manage contractors and schedule maintenance to maintain high standards
  • Complete health and safety checks to ensure a safe environment
  • Organize activities and events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
