About the Role

Red Personnel is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and delivering mail and parcels across various locations.

Responsibilities
  1. Start each day at the local delivery office, where you will organise and collect mail and parcels for distribution.
  2. Use a handheld device to obtain customer signatures for deliveries and receive routing instructions.
  3. Expect physically demanding tasks as part of your duties.
  4. Perform both driving and/or on-foot delivery duties, occasionally using a trolley for transport.
Requirements
  • If driving, hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points (a clean licence is preferred).
  • While prior delivery or driving experience is advantageous, it is not essential.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing good customer service.
  • Commit to safe and responsible driving practices.
  • Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
